Greenway Plaza is a master-planned, mixed-use development which includes office towers, a luxury hotel, sports arena, private tennis and health club, apartment towers, an underground retail shopping concourse and a wholesale contract furnishings mart. More than 50% of the total acreage is devoted to landscaping, pools, fountains, and plazas.
