A two-time winner of Houston BOMA’s “Building of the Year,” Wells Fargo Plaza is the center of Houston’s contemporary skyline, standing 992 feet tall with 71 stories of tenant floors. Wells Fargo Plaza is the largest multi-tenant building in the southwestern United States with more than 1.7 million square feet of rentable area. The building occupies an entire city block, bounded by Louisiana, Lamar, Smith, and McKinney streets, and is on the Houston Tunnel System.
Wells Fargo Plaza features the exclusive health club services of Houstonian Lite. Located on the 14th floor, Houstonian Lite at Wells Fargo Plaza is 16,000 square feet state-of-the-art facility. This facility features cardiovascular equipment, free weights and resistance training machines, cardio-theater, a Pilates studio, a group exercise classroom for a variety of other strength and toning classes, and luxurious men’s and women’s locker rooms-each including a beautiful lounge and steam room. A staff of certified professionals is available for personal training, weight management and nutrition consulting, private Pilates instruction, and massage therapy. Tenant discount programs are available and membership is reciprocal at other Houstonian Lite locations.
To accomodate visitor and VIP parking, Wells Fargo Plaza has implemented a valet parking service in the basement garage of the building. Wells Fargo Plaza was designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill/Lloyd Jones Brewer and constructed in 1983.
