A two-time winner of Houston BOMA’s “Building of the Year,” Wells Fargo Plaza is the center of Houston’s contemporary skyline, standing 992 feet tall with 71 stories of tenant floors. Wells Fargo Plaza is the largest multi-tenant building in the southwestern United States with more than 1.7 million square feet of rentable area. The building occupies an entire city block, bounded by Louisiana, Lamar, Smith, and McKinney streets, and is on the Houston Tunnel System.

Wells Fargo Plaza features the exclusive health club services of Houstonian Lite. Located on the 14th floor, Houstonian Lite at Wells Fargo Plaza is 16,000 square feet state-of-the-art facility. This facility features cardiovascular equipment, free weights and resistance training machines, cardio-theater, a Pilates studio, a group exercise classroom for a variety of other strength and toning classes, and luxurious men’s and women’s locker rooms-each including a beautiful lounge and steam room. A staff of certified professionals is available for personal training, weight management and nutrition consulting, private Pilates instruction, and massage therapy. Tenant discount programs are available and membership is reciprocal at other Houstonian Lite locations.

To accomodate visitor and VIP parking, Wells Fargo Plaza has implemented a valet parking service in the basement garage of the building. Clients and customers simply drive up to the valet stand and enjoy the ease and convenience of valet parking. Competitive hourly and daily rates make this the optimal parking option for guests to the building. The basement garage at Wells Fargo Plaza contains 428 parking spaces and there are an additional 1,100 tenant parking spaces available at the 1400 Louisiana Garage and 500 additional spaces at the 777 Clay Garage, both are connected to the building via climate controlled tunnel system.

Exclusively at Wells Fargo Plaza is the Wells Fargo Plaza courtesy car: a six-passenger Cadillac Escalade professionally driven by a licensed chauffeur. Complimentary executive transportation services are available to all tenants at Wells Fargo Plaza. Whether tenants are traveling to the airport or across town to a meeting, the courtesy car can conveniently accommodate tenant travel needs in style.

Other in-building services at Wells Fargo Plaza include a full-service bank, a dentist, two delicatessens- Uptown Express and Avenue Deli & Cafe, car butler auto detailing services, shoe shine stand, WiFi hot spots, and on-site leasing and management offices. Additionally, there are more than 50 food and beverage operations located within a two block radius of the building and adjacent hotels provide more than 1,300 rooms collectively.

Wells Fargo Plaza was designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill/Lloyd Jones Brewer and constructed in 1983. Featuring a variety of distinctive Italian marble and granite, the classic street lobby highlights the building’s contemporary styling which has been a winner of many prestigious architectural awards and acknowledgments.

Wells Fargo Plaza showcases two sky lobbies which serve as transfer levels to upper tenant floors as well as focal points of the building’s exquisite architectural design. Appointed with the finest Italian marble, stainless steel and glass, these two level sky lobbies possess spectacular views of the heart of Downtown Houston. The building’s captivating architectural features are highlighted by Downtown’s only sunken plaza. Finished with Italian granite featuring a shining black granite water wall, this charming outdoor patio provides a tranquil spot for eating, relaxing, and casual business meetings.
